Job summary

Verve Group in London is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our hybrid team at Covent Garden. You will act as the primary liaison between clients/agencies and internal teams, steering omnichannel campaigns across OLV, Display and CTV to meet client KPIs and objectives.

The role requires strong relationship-building, excellent organisation, and commercial awareness, with 1–2+ years in account management within media or advertising. Hybrid setup with three days in the London office.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in account management and/or client services in media/advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem and omnichannel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle including briefing, trafficking QA, and post-campaign analysis.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable, insight-led recommendations.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and prepare client-ready presentations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell services.
