Havas Media Network is hiring for an AV Account Executive in London. This entry-level role offers a clear path into media planning and buying across TV, VOD, cinema, audio, and CTV with full training and mentorship from a dedicated team.

You will join a collaborative AV team, working with campaigns for notable brands. Strong numeracy and communication skills, plus an interest in media and advertising, are essential. Hybrid work option and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book and buy VOD, CTV, audio and cinema campaigns with support from senior team members.
• Assist with TV campaign buying and develop understanding of TV planning process.
• Take ownership of campaign administration: booking, tagging, tracking and post-campaign reporting.
• Monitor campaign delivery daily and communicate performance updates to managers and clients.
• Escalate delivery issues to keep campaigns on track and deliver against brief, budget and KPIs.
• Produce and distribute spot time and delivery reports to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and key partners.
• Demonstrate attention to detail when buying media and managing campaign performance.
