Responsibilities

• Accurately process supplier invoices across multiple suppliers, cost centres and currencies.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process supplier payments in line with internal controls.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders and respond to queries promptly.
• Support production of key performance metrics and reporting for Accounts Payable.
• Assist internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls.
