Search is seeking an organised Accounts Payable Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract at their Moodiesburn site. This hybrid role supports the day-to-day accounts payable function within a large global finance team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards advantageous). You will process supplier invoices, assist with payments and maintain accurate records using ERP tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years accounts payable experience
• Experience using ERP systems; JD Edwards advantageous
• Very strong Excel skills
• Experience in a shared service centre environment beneficial

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices and accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support the timely processing of payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are in line with internal procedures
• Use ERP systems to manage and process accounts payable information
• Work closely with colleagues across the accounts payable team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist with queries and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Use Excel to manage, review and analyse financial data
