Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate for a 6-month FTC at our Warrington site. The role involves handling P2P transactions, invoice processing, and supplier communications in a hybrid in-office/remote arrangement.

You will work within the Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with SLA targets and internal controls, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and ICT system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume transaction processing in a shared services or similar environment.
• Strong accuracy and data entry skills with a focus on timeliness.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, credit notes and payment runs in line with SLA and procedures.
• Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and monitor GRNI reporting.
• Resolve invoice/PO mismatches and supplier queries promptly.
• Support process improvements and ICT/system enhancements to simplify P2P workflows.
• Maintain controls and adhere to RSIS financial procedures and SLAs.
