Job summary

MCS Group is partnering with a fantastic organisation in Lisburn to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. The role reports to the Accounts Team Leader and focuses on day-to-day ledger responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will have accounts experience, strong data entry skills and good communication abilities. This hybrid role offers a structured work pattern with a Friday early finish and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in accounts or bookkeeping roles.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain both purchase and sales ledgers.
• Perform monthly creditor reconciliations.
• Create customer accounts.
• Input new customer orders.
• Handle accruals and prepayments.
• Assist with other duties as required per the job description.
