Job summary

Fisher German in Ashby is seeking an Administrator to support the Infrastructure Services team within utilities and infrastructure. The role focuses on accounting tasks, time recording, expenses, VAT invoicing and data management, with a requirement to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

The successful candidate will bring accounting knowledge, a track record in debtor management and strong attention to detail, along with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge and experience in debtor management.
• Ability to seek best practice solutions and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication and deadline-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal operations solution including time recording, expenses, disbursements and project creation.
• Run reports and perform data entry and processing.
• Raise VAT invoices and log invoices; submit invoices to clients.
• Liaise with line managers and finance team; manage WIP data.
