Job summary

Sunday Riley in London is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Designer to lead 3D space planning, fixture design, and seasonal rollouts across our prestige beauty footprint, including experiential pop-ups and trade events. You will translate brand campaigns into compliant retail environments, produce initial renderings and technical packs, and manage vendor QA.

Based in London, the role is hybrid with three days per week in the London office.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of dedicated visual merchandising and retail display design experience in prestige beauty or luxury goods.
• Advanced 3D modeling/rendering tools.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for large-format print production.
• Deep working knowledge of retail manufacturing materials and processes: acrylic fabrication, vacuum forming, sheet metal, injection molding, wood joinery, and LED illumination/cabling.
• Retailer fixture guidelines and compliance matrices familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop photorealistic 3D renderings and specs for gondola endcaps, walls, towers, and tester trays.
• Design to strict retailer specs for partners such as Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom.
• Design immersive activations, trade show booths, pop-up shops from concept to fabrication.
• Oversee seasonal POG rollouts, graphic updates, and shade-matching guides with Regulatory, Brand and Retail Ops.
• Collaborate with external vendors; review samples, mock-ups, molding details to ensure cost and finish.
• Create VM guidelines and maintenance instructions to preserve merchandising integrity.
