VIQU IT, partnered with a leading organisation in the legal sector, is seeking a 1st Line Support contractor to augment the Service Desk BAU support. You will deliver remote and onsite assistance in a Microsoft environment with a strong focus on customer service.

The role is a 6-month contract, hybrid with one day per week in Liverpool, and a daily rate of £140–£155 depending on experience.

Formación

• Experience in providing 1st line IT support within a Windows/Microsoft environment.
• Ability to triage tickets and escalate to appropriate teams when required.
• Strong customer service skills and the capability to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsabilidades

• Offer 1st line IT support to end users across remote and deskside environments.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure and Outlook.
• Utilise ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.
• Provide telephony support and assist on the tech bar as needed.
