Job summary

VIQU Limited is seeking a 1st Line Support contractor for a 6-month hybrid role based in Liverpool. You will provide remote and deskside support in a Microsoft environment, handling standard incidents and service requests while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Outlook, MS Teams and Active Directory, plus familiarity with ServiceNow. Occasional travel to the office is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires previous IT support experience in a Windows/Microsoft environment.
• Experience delivering remote and deskside support with strong customer service.
• Contract role for six months with inside IR35.

Responsibilities

• 1stLine/Service Desk support in a Windows environment.
• Triaging tickets and escalating to relevant teams as needed.
• Using ServiceNow for ticketing and updates.
