Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets, calls and emails from customers
• Log, prioritize and track incidents in the ticketing system
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, email, VPN and remote desktop
• Assist with password resets, account access and software installation
• Keep customers updated and deliver high levels of service
• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams
