MBDA seeks a leader to head the HWIL team in Stevenage, guiding the development of complex system simulations within world-leading Hardware in the Loop facilities. You will oversee multiple project teams involved in missile design, trials preparation, and customer deliveries, driving integration and on-time delivery.
The role requires expertise in complex system integration, missile design domains, and real-time software, with proven experience leading engineering teams and managing budgets.

Salary: Up to £58,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4 - 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
