MBDA UK in Stevenage is seeking a leader to head a dynamic HWIL team, developing complex simulations for missile design and tests. You will manage multiple project-specific teams, guiding progression from concept through trials and customer deliveries.
You will work with experts in complex functional integration to build new facilities and capabilities, while delivering results in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Up to £58,000 depending on experience
4 - 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
This role is to lead a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to develop complex system simulations in world-leading Hardware in the Loop facilities. You will manage a number of project specific teams in supporting missile design development, trials preparations and customer deliveries.
