Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in the relevant technical field.
• Experience in the energy sector.
• Structured, driven and process‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to network, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in project management and bid management; able to negotiate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineering is developed with complete information.
• Lead development of new solutions for complex projects and challenges.
• Drive completion of all engineering activities on the project.
• Coordinate engineering across multiple projects.
• Provide technical support for testing, installation and commissioning.
• Create work plans and cost estimates; review scope, budget and schedule.
• Interact with customers, officials, contractors and supply chain.
• Manage large projects with limited oversight; coach and delegate.
