Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Engineering Manager specialising in HVDC project delivery to join our UK team. You will provide technical leadership, governance and assurance across a portfolio of HVDC and HVAC projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients and partners to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.

You will drive growth, develop talent, and anticipate regulatory and technology changes while maintaining commercial discipline and delivering high-quality engineering

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with strong technical leadership in HVDC/HVAC projects.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-discipline design and assurance.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional recognition.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and design assurance for HVDC projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery with clear accountability and governance.
• Build trusted client relationships and align delivery with requirements.
• Engage across interfaces to ensure value delivery and risk management.
• Lead bids, pursuits and growth opportunities in HVDC and T&D.
