Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAP Data Centre Technician for Canary Wharf, London. You will oversee maintenance of building plant and systems, respond to alarms, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while liaising with management and client personnel.

The role requires on-site work in a demanding data centre environment with a focus on safety, documentation, and coordination with shift teams.

Qualifications

• HV Authorization and on-site safety compliance.
• Experience in real-time incident or fault management in critical environments.
• Strong health and safety awareness for maintenance activities.
• Able to work well in team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance on building plant, equipment, and systems to meet SLAs.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
• Prepare and review RAMS and ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain accurate maintenance records.
