Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building plant and equipment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Current Wiring Regulations certificate

Level 3 NVQ in associated discipline

Emergency First Aid at Work Qualification
