Job summary

Thornhvac is seeking a Specification Sales Engineer to drive HVAC and renewables specification with M&E consultants, focusing on high efficiency products and design-stage opportunities.

You will identify projects, assist consultants with VRF, chillers and heat pumps, work with an internal design team, deliver CPD sessions, and help transition projects to the contractor sales team while attending exhibitions and events as required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to M&E consultants in commercial HVAC.
• HVAC sales experience in air conditioning or renewables preferred.
• Specification sales experience in related sectors considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track HVAC/renewables projects at design stage.
• Assist consultants with VRF, chillers, heat pumps and data centre products.
• Work with the internal design team.
• Deliver CPD sessions.
• Track projects and hand over to contractor sales team.
• Entertain where necessary.
• Attend exhibitions.
