Qualifications

• Expérience en maintenance de bâtiments commerciaux dans un environnement orienté client.
• Qualifications F-Gas et City & Guilds en réfrigération requises.
• Formation en génie électrique souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer la maintenance préventive du matériel de services aux bâtiments.
• Gérer les interventions réactives et les pannes.
• Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients par divers moyens de communication.

There’s an opportunity for you here as a HVAC Shift Engineer to join our Houses of Parliament contract in Westminster, London

The Role

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
• Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
• Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
• Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
• Maintaining site based records and log books
• Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
• Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements
• Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
• Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and email

Hours of Work

• 2 on, 2off, 3 on, 3 off shift rotation (7.30am-7.30pm, 10.30am-10.30pm)

Qualifications and Experience Required

• F-Gas
• City & Guilds Refrigeration and AC
• City & Guilds level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering is desirable
• Commercial building maintenance experience in a customer facing environment
