We are recruiting a Maintenance Shift Engineer Leader for the 5-Star May Fair Hotel.
Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Maintenance team at The May Fair Hotel as a Shift Engineer Leader. You will maintain the hotel daily to ensure smooth operations.
You will lead the shift team, allocate duties to skilled engineers, and ensure all jobs are completed promptly and to high standards.
You will coordinate repair and maintenance orders, plan scheduled maintenance, and monitor work quality to meet company standards.
You will ensure all staff adhere to safety and regulatory standards required by law.
About You:
You must have current hotel maintenance experience, be familiar with health and safety procedures, understand water management requirements, and be knowledgeable about environmental responsibilities. Skills in electrical, plumbing, decoration, and carpentry tasks are essential. Basic housekeeping knowledge, personal ownership, team motivation, and leadership skills are also required.
