Job summary

A leading construction company in the UK is looking for Multi Skilled Shift Engineers for their Commercial Property Maintenance team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum qualification of City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 and previous engineering experience.

Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, offering mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, utilizing technological solutions to manage our teams efficiently.

We are seeking Multi Skilled Shift Engineers with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on a commercial office building in Central London.

The role involves delivering day-to-day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and performing breakdown maintenance on Electrical systems and equipment.

What you'll do:

• Be familiar with electrical applications normally encountered within the contract.
• Attend reactive calls and complete repairs.
• Complete PPMs within specified time frames.
• Become an Appointed Person if required by the site.
• Assist all clients with ad hoc tasks.
• Have a full understanding of all plant and systems.
• Cover shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.
