• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee existing HVAC service and maintenance contracts from start to finish.
• Review, negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as main point of contact for service contracts.
• Monitor contract performance, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Identify risks and implement solutions; ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
