Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing service team based out of Manchester, NH. This role focuses on servicing and maintaining commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. The ideal candidate is a motivated, safety-conscious technician with a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in chillers, freezers, walk-in coolers, rooftop units, split systems, and other mechanical systems

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and system inspections per manufacturer guidelines and company protocols

• Respond to emergency service calls with a sense of urgency and professionalism

• Document all service and repair activities through work orders and service reports

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment, codes, and safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and recommendations on system performance

• Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working order

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service coverage

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R service (commercial/industrial )

• EPA Universal Certification (required)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based service schedule

• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals

• Familiarity with BMS/controls systems is a plus

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a variety of environments, including rooftops and confined spaces
