Qualifications

• Must have EPA 608 Universal Certification or equivalent.
• External candidates require 7 years in field or 5 years with technical school certification.
• Internal candidates require 3 years as a Certified Technician with on‑the‑job training.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine maintenance on supermarket refrigeration systems and merchandisers.
• diagnose and repair HVAC/R issues and complete service documentation.
• Manage vehicle inventory, parts, and invoicing with accuracy.
• Lead PM programs and act as a technical resource for other technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of leak checks, coils, valves, and refrigerant handling.
