Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager in Wakefield to lead commercial HVAC projects from quotation to handover. You will review drawings, manage programmes and budgets, and coordinate labour, subcontractors and suppliers across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong technical HVAC knowledge, client-facing skills and willingness to travel nationwide; a full UK driving licence and relevant qualifications are expected. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• HVAC Project Manager experience or equivalent (Contracts Manager/Project Engineer).
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with quotations, budgets, variations and final accounts.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications and consultant designs.

HVAC Project Manager

Wakefield | £45,000-£50,000 + Company Vehicle

We are recruiting an experienced HVAC Project Manager for an established building services contractor delivering commercial projects throughout the UK.

This is a senior, hands-on role for an HVAC Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Engineer who understands both the technical and commercial sides of project delivery.

You will take responsibility for projects from design review and quotation through installation, commissioning, final account and handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from quotation through to completion

Experience required

• Experience with quotations, budgets, variations and final accounts
• Confident managing labour, subcontractors and suppliers
• Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills
• Relevant HVAC or building services qualifications
• Full UK driving licence and clean DBS
• Comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away when required
