Trevett Project Services is seeking a mobile HVAC / Gas multiskilled Engineer covering Chester and surrounding area. You will join the National engineering team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and retail sites, ensuring HVAC and gas systems operate safely and efficiently in line with statutory and client requirements.
Key duties include PPMs, fault finding, and compliance with Gas Safe and F-Gas regulations, plus accurate quotations and documentation using CAFM

As a mobile HVAC / Gas multiskilled Engineer covering Chester and surrounding area, you will be part of the National engineering team, responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and retail sites. You will ensure HVAC / Gas systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory and client requirements.
Carry out PPM tasks in line with SFG20, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.
Ensure all works are completed proactively, efficiently, and to the required standard.
Diagnose faults across both HVAC and gas systems, completing repairs within SLA requirements.
Minimise downtime through effective troubleshooting and first-time fix focus.
Escalate complex issues to the helpdesk or Contract Manager where appropriate.
Ensure all gas works are completed in accordance with Gas Safe regulations and current legislation.
Ensure HVAC works comply with F-Gas regulations, manufacturer guidance, and company procedures.
Maintain site logbooks and ensure accurate compliance documentation is completed and uploaded via the CAFM system.
Work strictly in accordance with company H&S policies, RAMS, and statutory requirements.
