Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in London is hiring a Modernisation Project Manager to lead refurbishment, modernisation, and turnkey projects across the UK. You will plan, mobilise, execute, and review projects, ensuring safety, timely delivery, budget control, and quality standards. The role requires proven project management experience in HVAC or construction, knowledge of HVACR, MS Project and basic AutoCAD skills, strong leadership, and coordination of subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven years' experience in project management, preferably HVAC/construction.
• Experience managing refurbishment, modernisation, or turnkey projects.
• Knowledge of HVACR or similar industry.
• Experience using MS Project; AutoCAD desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams to deliver project objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate resources.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, manufacturing, sales and service teams.
• Monitor progress and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and forecast margin.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure continuity.
