Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an AC Engineer to join our team in Bedford. The role focuses on maintaining a comfortable environment, managing risks and improving equipment performance on site.

You will fault-find HVAC systems, especially VRV, and work with refrigerants under F‑Gas qualifications. The role includes collaboration with the on-site team and potential progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• F‑Gas City & Guilds qualification is required.
• Strong experience in HVAC maintenance is essential.
• Recognised or time-served apprenticeship is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks on site and improve equipment performance.
• Maintain comfortable environment via BMS and run preventative maintenance.
• Fault find on HVAC equipment with emphasis on VRV systems and refrigerants.
• Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the maintenance team.
• Coordinate with on-site Supervisor and Account Manager on issues.
