Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc in Warrington is seeking an experienced HVAC and facilities professional to support the Senior Hard Facilities Manager across a nationwide estate. You will deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance, oversee installations, and ensure statutory compliance while maintaining safety across sites with travel.

This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure within a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems knowledge and fault-finding across multi-site estates.
• Experience with maintenance planning and RAMS preparation.
• Proficient IT literacy for electronic records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across a nationwide estate with minimal supervision.
• Undertake AC installations from planning to certification.
• Manage PPM, compliance activities and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prioritise work, diagnose faults and resolve complex HVAC issues.
• Act as Authorised Person for mechanical/electrical systems where appointed.
• Supervise external subcontractors and ensure safe works.
• Coordinate RAMS, safe systems of work and safety culture.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain service delivery.
