Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our building services team. You will undertake maintenance duties, ensure reports and inspections are completed on time, and manage minor quoted works through installation to completion with required test certifications.

Candidates should hold NVQ 3 in HVAC, ACS gas qualifications, CSCS card, First Aid, and good communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in HVAC or equivalent required.
• Minimum ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A).
• Experience in Facilities Management/Building Services.
• Strong teamwork and communication across all workforce levels.
• Solid safety documentation knowledge.
• First Aid certified.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent.
• Air Handling Unit experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance duties with timely reports.
• Produce accurate documentation and keep records of inspections.
• Undertake minor quoted works from start to finish with test certifications.
• Ensure employees are aware of health and safety policy obligations.
