Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to support facilities management in an educational building. The role is on-site in Norwich with a rota and call-out every 4 weeks. You should have F-Gas and NVQ HVAC qualifications, plus IPAF/PASMA and a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities include safe operation, preventative and reactive maintenance, and using CAFM for scheduling, while maintaining records and liaising with clients and site staff.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or equivalent.
• F-Gas certification.
• Desirable: additional HVAC or electrical qualifications.
• IPAF and PASMA certification.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, satisfactory performance and further development of all contracts and accounts on site.
• Manage quality, environmental and health & safety issues on site in line with policies and contractual requirements.
• Ensure Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance is carried out to the correct specification.
• Organise and manage the AC maintenance schedule in the CAFM system.
