Job summary

Hariley Solutions Ltd in Birmingham seeks a practical, hands-on HVAC Installation Engineer to lead and support installations within our Small Works team. You will manage jobs from prep to handover, ensuring the scope, programme, budget and quality standards are met.

The role requires experience installing commercial air conditioning, VRF/VRV systems, and the ability to read drawings, plan activities and travel as needed. A UK driving licence and relevant F-Gas/CAC qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems and ventilation.
• NVQ or equivalent recognised training in Refrigeration/AC and F-Gas compliance.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace and modify commercial air conditioning and ventilation equipment and related pipework.
• Carry out installations including split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems where qualified.
• Coordinate ductwork and related activities, plan daily tasks and materials.
• Read drawings and verify site conditions before work starts.
• Support other trades and assist with testing and handover of systems.
