Job summary
Johnson Controls is hiring an HVAC Installation Engineer to install and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems across varied projects. The role requires handling installations, commissioning, and ensuring safety and project adherence while traveling as needed.
Based in Warwickshire, you will contribute to customer relations, deliver on-time projects, and work away from home as required by assignments.
Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience including pipework, cabling and bracketry.
- F-Gas 2079 Category 1 qualification.
- Experience with major manufacturers (Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Hitachi, Airedale).
- Knowledge of DX, Split and VRF/VRV systems, AHUs and ventilation plant.
- Experience commissioning HVAC equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics and piping diagrams.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good IT skills.
- Self-motivated with a team‑focused attitude.

As an Installation Engineer, you'll install split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and DX systems at customer sites, delivering high-quality installations while building strong customer relationships. You'll work across a variety of projects, carrying out installations and commissioning of air conditioning and commercial refrigeration equipment. Due to the nature of the role, working away from home will be required.
