Job summary

D&L HVAC & Sheet Metal is seeking a driven Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead our Florence, SC service team and drive high-quality, safe, and efficient operations. You’ll coach technicians, set priorities, and ensure timely execution of service work.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Company truck and comprehensive benefits support the role.
