Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Foreman to coordinate manpower and materials on Commercial HVAC jobsites, including plumbing, and to serve as the jobsite contact for customers. You will study plans, order materials, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely, quality installations.

Responsibilities include inventory control, regular communication with the Project Manager, monitoring workmanship, and promoting safety on site across all environments.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction trades and advanced knowledge of employment trade required.
• Completion of apprenticeship program.
• Should be licensed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee manpower and materials at assigned Commercial HVAC jobsites (including plumbing).
• Be the jobsite point of contact for customers.
• Study building plans to determine work aids and sequence of installations.
• Order materials and coordinate delivery with vendors.
• Contract and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain inventory control.
• Ensure communication with Project Manager and staff.
• Monitor quality, workmanship, and timeliness.
• Promote safety awareness on site at all times.
