Premier is seeking an HVAC Foreman in the United Kingdom to oversee HVAC projects from start to finish. The role involves supervising journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects on site.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in HVAC with supervisory experience and a proven ability to manage operations and maintenance across commercial installations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years HVAC field experience.
• 5 years supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily guidance and training to HVAC crew.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and quality-check equipment.
• Ensure safety, budget adherence, and timely project completion.
• Build relationships with field teams, contractors, owners/customers, and vendors.
• Plan procedures from specs, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Make decisions by analyzing information to solve problems.
• Wear PPE on site and take on additional duties as assigned.
