Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead the installation of ductwork and related systems on commercial projects. The role demands expertise in fabrication, installation, and project management to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, commitment to quality, and a focus on workplace safety, with at least 10 years in HVAC sheet metal and 4 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC sheet metal installation experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC sheet metal installation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate sheet metal workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with blueprints, specs, and building codes.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and resources for efficiency.
• Maintain safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Document work progress and materials.
