Winner Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer in Nottingham to join the Facilities Management team. The role focuses on VRV HVAC maintenance, fault finding, and safe refrigerant handling under F-Gas rules.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, manage risks, and support maintenance programmes while liaising with the client and on-call rota. Overtime and nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

• HVAC maintenance experience with VRV systems.
• F-Gas qualification and refrigerants handling experience.
• Apprenticeship or City & Guilds in HVAC.
• Experience supervising subcontractors.
• Ability to complete risk assessments and permits.

Aufgaben

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across HVAC plant and equipment.
• Fault find on HVAC systems, focusing on VRV air conditioning systems.
• Safely handle refrigerants in line with F-Gas requirements.
• Identify and manage risks with plant and equipment.
• Support development and implementation of preventative maintenance programmes.
• Monitor environmental conditions via BMS systems.
• Provide mechanical and electrical expertise to the maintenance team.
• Liaise with client regarding reactive and PPM requirements.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in line with legislation.
• Use CAFM systems to receive, manage and complete works.
• Plan daily workloads using email/calendar, and liaise with Site Supervisor.
