Our client, a leading HVAC company with 6 regional offices and over 20 years of experience, is seeking HVAC Engineers in the Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire areas. They provide comprehensive solutions including installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of various HVAC equipment.

Their client portfolio includes long-standing relationships with companies such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison, and more.

HVAC Engineer Position - Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 DOE
• Company Van (optional for personal use)
• Profit share scheme after 12 months: Up to £3,600 tax-free
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• 40-hour workweek, travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• On-call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed; travel paid door-to-door when called out)
• Pension scheme
• 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years

Requirements

• Proven experience in servicing, fault finding, and repairing air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs, and Cold Rooms
• Apprenticeship in the air conditioning industry (not essential)
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
• Full driving license
• Living in Yorkshire or Nottinghamshire (local patch assignment based on location)
