Are you a skilled HVAC Engineer with hands-on experience in plant rooms? Do you want to join a rapidly growing service provider that values technical excellence and offers long-term career growth?

Our client, a well-established and expanding building services company, is looking for a knowledgeable HVAC Engineer to join their Leeds-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a business that supports progression and invests in its people. You will be working across 29 student accommodation sites in the north of England performing planned and reactive maintenance.

The Role

1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, focusing on commercial plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, and ventilation units.
2. Diagnose and rectify faults across heating and cooling systems.
3. Ensure work complies with safety and standards regulations.
4. Provide excellent service to clients across various commercial sites.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a HVAC Engineer, especially in plant room environments.
2. F-Gas certification – essential.
3. Experience with fault finding, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
4. Electrical isolation and rectification skills – highly desirable.
5. NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
6. Full UK driving license.
