Job Description

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Salary: £46,078.36 per annum

Location: East Scotland

A leading facilities management provider is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to support retail and commercial sites across East Scotland, including Fife, Dundee, Aberdeen, etc. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Participation in an on-call standby rota (1 week in every 4)

Responsibilities:

1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHUs, split systems, LPHW boilers, DX coils, inverters, and chillers.
2. Ensure compliance with PPM schedules and complete all documentation.
3. Respond to callouts, carry out diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding.
4. Recommend suitable replacement options for non-repairable faults.
5. Maintain high standards of health and safety across all sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 commercial gas qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CIGA1, TPCP1, CENWAT, CPA1).
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079 or equivalent).
• 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Experience in HVAC/Gas across multi-site contracts.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
