Job summary

Oyster Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and coordinate multi-site HVAC and Process Cooling projects. You will drive projects from handover to completion, uniting customers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to keep everything on track and within budget.

The role is primarily office based but requires travel to sites across the South of the UK for customer meetings, project updates and to oversee works as they take place.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in engineering, manufacturing, HVAC or Process Cooling.
• Budget management and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• UK driving licence; willingness to travel across the UK and internationally.
• CAD experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

If you’re an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership and coordinating multiple moving parts, this could be an excellent opportunity.

You’ll join a specialist engineering business delivering HVAC and Process Cooling solutions, including work within the data centre sector. You’ll manage projects from handover through to completion, bringing together customers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure everything stays on track, within budget and to the required standard.

What They’re Looking For:

• Project Management experience within engineering, manufacturing, HVAC or Process Cooling
• Experience managing budgets and commercial considerations
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Experience managing Data Centre customers would be advantageous
• Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally when required
• Flexible, adaptable and able to keep things moving in a fast paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
• CAD experience would be advantageous
