Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC project delivery for commercial clients. The role combines office‑based coordination (Droitwich) with on‑site activity, working with engineers, subcontractors, coordinators and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.

You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating design input, installation, commissioning and handover, while maintaining safety, quality and profitability across multiple small

• Health & safety knowledge (CDM).

Johnson Controls is a global leader in building technologies. Password Services delivers HVAC service and small–medium installation projects for commercial clients. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC project delivery, ensuring safe, high-quality, and commercially successful outcomes.

The Role

Own end-to-end delivery of small and medium commercial HVAC projects, from sales handover to completion. This is a hands‑on role combining office‑based coordination (Droitwich) with site activity. You’ll work closely with engineers, subcontractors, coordinators and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Track record delivering commercial projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, chillers, ventilation)
• Commercial awareness (budgets, timelines, subcontractors)
• Health & Safety knowledge (CDM)
• Strong communication and ability to balance site/office work

Preferred

• Service/install HVAC environment experience
• Relevant qualifications (APM, PRINCE2)
• H&S certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, CSCS)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• MS Office and project planning tools
