Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a CAD Technician (HVAC) in Reading to join a close-knit design team. You will produce drawings for acoustic housing, panels and louvres using AutoCAD, with occasional site visits across the UK and overseas.

The role offers on-the-job and technical training within the noise control niche, with a clear path to management within two years. Office based, Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm and 4:30pm finish on Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience as CAD Technician with HVAC background.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for drawings.
• Willingness to travel for site visits across the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Producing drawings for acoustic housing, panels, and louvres.
• Using AutoCAD, working in a close-knit design team of 5.
• Full training given in noise cancellation products.
• Office based, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, finish at 4:30pm on Friday.
