Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship or NVQ in Carpentry/Joinery is required.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems as part of a multi-skilled team.
• Assist in supervising contractors and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
• Plan and prioritise workload while supporting other engineers and staff.
• Ensure day-to-day planned preventative maintenance aligns with contractual obligations.
