Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Project Manager to lead Transmission Portfolios across all project phases, including client engagement, proposals, delivery, as-builts, warranty and post-contract support. Based in Hebburn with hybrid work (2-3 days/week) and travel to other Siemens sites in the UK as needed.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complete engineering solutions within safety, cost, time, and functional constraints, driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• HV electrical systems experience with Protection & Control.
• Proven project management experience leading complex engineering projects.
• Experience in UK Transmission & Distribution industry.
• Engineering degree (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complete engineering solutions within safety, cost, time, and functionality parameters.
• Manage a portfolio of complex engineering projects, ensuring delivery against budget, schedule, quality and resources.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales growth within the market.
• Oversee design performance, promote continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver innovative solutions and maintain competitive market position.
