Job summary

Three Sixty Talent is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver 11kV–33kV substation packages across Essex and Kent for a Tier 1 contractor. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and engineers to mobilise and hand over projects.

Hybrid working includes remote, office and site visits. Immediate start subject to notice. You will manage programmes, budgets and safety to meet client requirements and project standards.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience delivering HV substation projects.
• Experience in frameworks/private networks is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of multiple 11kV–33kV substation projects across Essex and Kent.
• Take ownership from mobilisation through to handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and engineering resources.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with standards.
