Job summary

Omexom, a VINCI Energies brand, seeks a skilled project manager to drive HV substation delivery in Manchester. You will coordinate design activities, resources and client interfaces, ensuring safety and compliance across projects while maintaining productive outcomes and effective communication with stakeholders.

Applicants should bring proven management experience, strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of electrical infrastructure, CDM rules, and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience and ability to lead teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with client and internal teams.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to monitor performance against targets.
• Sound knowledge of electrical infrastructure, safety rules and CDM regulations (UK/ROI).
• Experience with contracts terms and conditions and bid/tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Design Engineers to ensure safe and productive delivery of HV substation projects.
• Represent Omexom professionally with stakeholders.
• Assist with Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Coordinate design activities, resources, materials and equipment.
• Act as a point of contact for design engineers and liaise with clients to meet productivity targets.
