Job summary

SP Energy North West is seeking an experienced HV Project Manager to join the Connections Major Projects Team. You will own a portfolio of HV customer connection projects, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget across 6.6kV/11kV schemes and related activities.

The role emphasizes proactive stakeholder management, customer-focused delivery and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HV electrical distribution projects.
• Experience managing a portfolio of customer-facing projects.
• Experience working within a regulated environment.
• Strong planning, scheduling and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HV connection projects up to 6.6kV/11kV from planning to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and delivery partners to milestones.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and keep customers informed.
• Monitor risks, costs and forecasts with accurate reporting.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and audits for safety compliance.
• Certify contractor payments and manage project changes.
