Job summary

Freedom is seeking an HV/LV Electrical Manager to lead high/low voltage operations across multiple projects in the Wakefield area. You will drive installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence, and you will support bid/tender efforts.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a solid HSQE background, with the ability to mentor teams and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HV/LV electrical operations in utilities, construction, or industrial environments.
• Strong bid/tender estimation and commercial awareness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HSQE standards and electrical safety.
• Customer-focused with stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV/LV electrical operations including installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
• Manage project delivery to meet safety, schedule, and budget.
• Support commercial activities, including estimation, tender preparation, and bid submissions.
• Ensure compliance with HSQE standards and procedures.
• Provide leadership and development to operational teams.
